How to install the workbench?

Anti-static workbench

The size of the workplace needs to determine the size of the anti-static workbench. First of all, use the cleaning agent to clean the lower surface of the workbench mat and each component, here the cleaning agent is recommended to use isopropyl alcohol, the cleaning effect is good, but note that when using the cleaning agent should avoid direct contact, otherwise it will lead to bad consequences. Remove the positioning pins and connecting screws of the workbench and guide slider, nut support, and take down the workbench (slide plate). Check the contact surface of the guideway slider, the contact surface of the nut support, and the parallelism of the working workbench and make a record. Check the parallelism of the guide rail and ball screw and make a record. Remove the positioning pins and screws connected between the ball screw support and the base, take off the ball screw nut, loosen the coupling and remove the drive motor. Check the parallelism between the contact surface of the ball screw bracket and the guideway on the base. Remove the locating pin and screw of the rolling guide connected with the base, and remove the rolling guide. Check the flatness of the mounting surface of the rolling guide on the base and the straightness of the guiding surface and make a record. Clean the disassembled parts and prepare for assembly. Install the rolling guide on the base and check the installation accuracy, which should reach the accuracy value before disassembly. Install the ball screw assembly on the base and check the parallelism between the screw and the guideway, which should reach the accuracy value before disassembly. The pipe thread lathe then installs the drive motor and tightens the coupling. Install the workbench on the guideway slider, and then attach the screw nut holder to the workbench. After installation, check the geometric accuracy.
