Live wrench

The opening part of the live wrench tool can be changed in size, and it is a tool used for loosening and disintegrating, tightening, and fixing hexagonal screws and nuts of different specifications

Using method.

When using the live wrench tool, hold the handle with your right hand. The more you hold your hand back, the less effort you have to use it. Adjust the size of the wrench mouth, so the hand should be held close to the dull wrench lip and modulate the worm wheel with the thumb to fit the size of the nut.

When the wrench of the live wrench clamps the nut, the dull wrench lip is on top and the live wrench lip is underneath. Live wrenches must not be used in reverse.

When wrenching the rusty nut, you can drop loosening liquid (WD40) or a few drops of kerosene or oil on the nut, so that it will be good to screw.

When you can't unscrew it, don't use steel pipe on the handle of the live wrench to increase the torque, because it is very easy to damage the lip of the live wrench.

When the wrench is turned, the direction of tension should be used, and the tension should be made to act on the thicker side of the opening. This point should be especially noted for movable wrenches that are subjected to a greater force, to prevent the opening from being "eight" shaped and damaging the nut and wrench.

Caution:

①Choose a wrench with appropriate specifications for BOLT, NUT (screw and nut).

②Use a live wrench tool to tighten the two sides of the head of the hexagonal BOLT, NUT, and the two sides of the opening together.

④Prevent the oil from entering. (During operation)

⑤ Prevent the opening from expanding during operation.

⑥If the opening is enlarged, the tool and the BOLT NUT will be damaged if the work continues.

⑦When using a live wrench, pay attention to the direction of the wrench. (fixed wrench and movable wrench).

⑧The common ones are 100, 200, and 300mm, which should be matched according to the size of the nut when using.

Open-end wrenches

Open-end wrench tool is used for BOLT or NT fixing or decomposition.

Use method.

The wrenching tool should be used with tension when wrenching, pushing the wrench is extremely dangerous.

The open-end wrench can be used to loosen the bolt, and the bolt should be cleaned before tightening: when using the open-end wrench to tighten the bolt, the force should be evenly applied and no impact force should be used.

The opening size of the selected wrench must be in line with the size of the bolt or nut, the wrench opening is too large and easy to slip off and damage the hexagon of the screw, in the imported car repair, attention should be paid to the selection of the wrench metric system

The principle of choosing various types of plate hand generally gives priority to a set of simple wrenches, followed by plum wrenches, again for open plate hand, and finally choose movable wrenches. To prevent the wrench from being damaged and slipping off, the pulling force should be made to act on the thicker side of the opening to prevent the opening from being "eight" shaped and damaging the nut and wrench.

The open-end wrench tool is designed according to the force of human hands, and when encountering tighter threaded parts, the wrench cannot be hit with a hammer: except for the set of simple wrenches, no other wrenches can be set with a force bar to prevent damage to the wrench or threaded connection.

When the open-end wrench is used, it is most suitable when you hear a "pop" sound.

Caution:

①Choose an open-end wrench tool with the appropriate size for hexagonal and quadrangular head screws (BOLT) and nuts (NUT)

②Turn in the direction of the small surface and pull in the direction of the body.

③Do does not use the PIPE to make a strong screwing force, which will easily break the open-end wrench and B0LT.

④When using an open-end wrench tool with a larger size than the hexagonal head, put a suitable iron plate in the gap to prevent the screw head from being worn out.

⑤When there is oil on the hexagonal head and open-end wrench, wipe it off and work.

⑥Use the palm of your hand when you need to push to fix or disassemble.
